from the Internet: REQUESTING SUPPORT FOR ESTABLISHING
HUMAN RIGHTS RESOURCE CENTER (KYRGYZSTAN)This letter is from a non government
organization working on democratization process in Kyrgyzstan. We are establishing
a human rights resource center for teenage and youth to provide seminars
for high school students. We wonder if we could get any support from you.
We need handbooks on human rights education. Unfortunately we are very
stripped of Internet Access and can not download materials that are in
your on-line libraries. If it is not difficult for you could you please
tell us how we can contact organizations that could support us. We need
a rather small financing to acquire working facilities like computers and
Internet access.
